» New Color Palette and Cluster Standards
Based on the feedback from many residents, the Southgate Square Board has worked with Reston
Association and the Design Review Board to introduce new colors and
standards for our community. All of the new colors are available at
HOME DEPOT™ for your convenience.
Please note that all units that repaint their entire homes are required to change to the new palette. If you are just touching up your paint, you are not required to paint the entire house in the new colors.
Inspections
have evaluated the colors of each home. If your home is found in violation
of previous color standards, you are required to repaint with the new
color palette.
All homes
can chose between five main exterior colors. Each home is allowed to
pick whatever color they prefer, provided it is not the same color as
any home adjacent. So, if you neighbor picks a color and paints first,
you cannot pick that same color! Each home also has new trim color
choices. All colors are available at HOME DEPOT.
