Here are a few important documents regarding Reston and Southgate Square guidelines, parking, maps, etc.  Additional documents pertaining to cluster property guidelines can be found on the Reston Association website.

» Disclosure Documents for Closing

Please contact the Treasurer of the Cluster Association for information on a particular unit, which is necessary before closing. If you are preparing to close, please contact the Board President to verify any outstanding balance the previous homeowner may have.  It is also necessary to contact the Reston Association, before closing, for disclosure documents on the particular unit your client is purchasing.
