Here are a few important documents regarding Reston and Southgate Square guidelines, parking, maps, etc.  Additional documents pertaining to cluster property guidelines can be found on the Reston Association website.

» Disclosure Documents for Closing

If you are preparing to close, please contact the Board President to verify any outstanding balance the previous homeowner may have.  It is also necessary to contact the Reston Association, before closing, for disclosure documents on the particular unit your client is purchasing. On the Reston Association website, navigate to Property Owner Resources and then navigate to Resale Disclosure Documents to order disclosure documents.

» Reston Association Design Review Board ("DRB") Guidelines

Navigate to the Reston Association website for design guidelines. Under Property Owners Resources, Design Review, Design Review Guidelines, Cluster Housing, you will find the general cluster standards for Reston which govern such items as decks, satelite dishes, sheds, etc.
