A: The Southgate Square Cluster is home to many families. Therefore, we have playgrounds and paths that are perfect for leisurely strolls or walking with pets. Southgate Square also has a new community center, a community pool, and tennis court. There are also several shopping centers that are conveniently located, including the South Lakes Shopping Center and Reston Town Center.
Q: Is Southgate Square accessible to public transportation?
A: There is a bus stop outside of the cluster on South Lakes Drive with routes throughout Reston. There is also a bus which goes to the West Falls Church Metro Station. A: The interior layout and design of the townhomes in our community vary slightly. Some townhomes are two bedroom unit, while other larger end units may have as many as five bedrooms. All of the townhomes have at least two levels and fenced-in backyards. As for the style of the homes, one might consider the design a modern interpretation of the "American Craftsman" style.
